Can i still cancel my order?

From the moment you receive a shipping confirmation via email, it's no longer possible to cancel your order. Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact us so that we can check if we can cancel your order in time.

Refund for Timely Canceled Orders
In the case of a successful cancellation, where the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will refund the total amount of this order within five working days using the same payment method you used to place the order. You can expect a credit from our payment provider, Buckaroo, in your account.
