Is a Lemax adapter or accessory missing?

With Lemax items, there are small accessories, including adapters and battery compartments, often packaged in a separate compartment on the outside of the foam. This compartment is often recognizable by the red sticker, as shown in the example:

We assume that you will find the missing item in this compartment. If that is not the case, please send us an email via service_uk@felinaworld.com with at least the following information so that we can assist you quickly and effectively:

• The order number of your purchase.
• The article number(s) or barcode number(s) of the respective items.
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging.

The article number(s) can potentially be found in the order confirmation email or by logging into your online account. The barcode numbers are located beneath the barcode on the packaging.
