Problem with my discount/ coupon code

Where can I enter my discount code?

You can enter a discount code in the shopping cart, where you also enter your personal information and choose the payment method. Above the total amount of the order, there is a field labeled 'Enter Coupon Code' in a gray box.

After entering the discount code, click the 'Apply' button to activate it. If the code is successfully activated, a message will appear on the screen, and the order amount will be adjusted.

My discount code didn't work?

If you are unable to activate the discount code, it often has one of the following causes:

1. The discount code was not entered correctly. The entered characters must be identical to the provided discount code. Check the code for correct usage of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not enter any spaces.
2. The discount code has already been used or has expired. Most discount codes can only be used once and are valid for a limited time. Check the action conditions provided by us for more information.
3. The discount code is only valid from a certain order amount. Check the action conditions provided by us for more information.
