How do I create an account?

If you do not already have your FelinaWorld account yet, you can create one here with your email address and chosen password.

Benefits of using your customer account

When you log into your account when you visit our shop, you will have access to all of your personal information, your order history and most importantly to your customer benefits. These special benefits are exclusively available to our registered customers and are tailored for your customer account. 

If you are logged into your account when placing a new order: 

- you will automatically benefit from our special loyalty programme. Special member benefits & discounts will be automatically applied to your order

- you will not need to fill in your personal details & delivery adress when placing a new order. You can also add several addresses in your account

- your order history will account for our loyalty program and provide you progressively with more benefits

- you will be able to access your order history and retrieve all information at your ease

Logging out  

After you have visited our website and when you are finished shopping, log out for your own privacy & security, so that someone else can not access your personal information. You can log out at the top of every page.

I can not log in

If you can not log in, make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly. 

If you get the message 'e-mail address unknown' this often means that you do not have an account yet (If you are registered for our newslwetter, this does not automatically mean that you also have a FelinaWorldaccount).

If you get the message 'e-mail address already in use', then there is already an account with your e-mail address.

Have you forgotten your password? Ask for a new password. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.

I want to change my personal details, adress or password

After you log into your account, you will be able to:

- Update your personal details

- Change your email adress

- Change your password

- Modify your delivery address

- Add additional delivery addresses
